The Alpinestars Bionic Action V3 Protection Jacket is a lightweight, low-profile, full upper-body armor rig designed to be worn under a jersey. Released as a major update to the off-road lineup, it completely updates the armored armor structure from solid plastic grids to Alpinestars’ flexible A-Morph Technology.

• A-Morph Tech Protection: Instead of rigid plastic plates, the armor plates feature highly flexible, cut-out geometries. This structural system dynamically conforms to the rider’s body movements while enhancing breathability and multi-impact energy absorption.
• Removable Liner Design: Unlike older generations where arm protectors were sewn directly into the mesh, the V3 features a completely modular tool-free snap-in/snap-out design. All the shoulder, elbow, chest, and back plates can be unclipped quickly, allowing you to drop the stretch fabric chassis straight into a washing machine.

• Chest Armor: Certified to EN 1621-3:2018 (Level 1) split-chest configuration.
• Back Protector: Certified to EN 1621-2:2014 (Level 1) with an extended tailbone section to stay securely tucked inside riding pants.
• Shoulder & Elbow Shields: Certified to EN 1621-1:2012 (Level 1), extending far down the forearm. 

• High-Airflow Stretch Mesh: The base chassis is made from a highly breathable elastane stretch mesh that minimizes heat buildup during strenuous motocross or trail riding sessions.
• Triple Securing System: Relies on an integrated adjustable elastic kidney belt, adjustable forearm V-straps to prevent elbow armor from twisting, and lateral body V-straps to cinch down the chest and back protector perfectly.
• Frontal Closure: Utilizes a central, auto-locking YKK zipper mechanism for seamless entry and removal.
